Quality & Sourcing
Our seafood is sourced daily, directly from the Karachi Fish Harbour. We operate on a “catch-to-order” model, meaning we don’t hold stock. The seafood you receive was caught the same day, ensuring unmatched freshness.
Never. We are 100% transparent about this. Our entire business is built on delivering fresh, wild-caught seafood. We do not sell or store any frozen products, guaranteeing you get the best taste and texture.
Yes. We partner exclusively with local, small-scale fishermen who use responsible, traditional methods like gillnets and hand-lining. We actively avoid deep-sea trawlers that damage the marine ecosystem.
Absolutely not. Our seafood is 100% chemical-free, with no preservatives, bleach, or artificial enhancers. You receive it in its most natural and wholesome state, just as it came from the sea.
Product & Preparation
Yes! We offer a full range of cutting and cleaning options for all our products. You can select your preference (e.g., “Boneless Cubes,” “Slices,” “Cleaned Whole”) on the product page before adding it to your cart.
This is a very important question! Gross Weight is the weight of the whole, uncut fish before any cleaning, scaling, or cutting. Net Weight is the final weight of the seafood you receive after it has been cleaned and cut according to your order.
The final (net) weight will be less than the gross weight you are billed for. This weight loss (called “yield”) can be between 30-50% depending on the type of fish and the cut you choose (e.g., boneless fillets have more weight loss than slices).
Since our seafood is 100% fresh and preservative-free, we recommend consuming it the same day you receive it. If you must store it, place it in an airtight container in the coldest part of your refrigerator (not the freezer) and consume it within 24 hours.

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders in our serviceable cities. We are working to add online payment options very soon.
Our seafood prices are linked directly to the daily auction rates at the Karachi Fish Harbour. We believe in being fully transparent. This model ensures you get the fairest price for the freshest catch, which may fluctuate slightly based on the day’s market.
Yes, we have a minimum order value to ensure we can cover the costs of our fresh sourcing and insulated packaging. The minimum order is Rs. 1,500.
Delivery & Shipping
Because of the highly perishable nature and specialized handling of seafood, we currently offer seafood home delivery in selected areas of Karachi and Lahore. We are rapidly expanding and plan to add more areas and cities soon.
In Karachi, we do not deliver to areas such as Landhi, Surjani, Baldia, Quaidabad, Orangi, Gulshan-e-Hadeed, Maripur, Bahria Town, etc
In Lahore, we do not deliver to areas such as Central Park Society, Sharaqpur, Raiwind, Shahdara, etc.
- Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your city.
- Karachi: Rs. 300
- Lahore: Rs. 500
- These fees cover the specialized, temperature-controlled logistics required to guarantee freshness.
To ensure our “catch-to-order” promise, we offer next-day delivery in Karachi and 5-7 days delivery in Lahore. All orders placed before 10 PM will be sourced fresh from the harbour the next morning and delivered to your doorstep that same day.
This is our specialty. Your order is cleaned, packed in food-safe materials, and then placed in a high-quality, insulated box with ice packs. This “cold chain” is maintained from our hub to your door, ensuring the seafood arrives chilled and in perfect condition.
